All five of the upcoming World Athletics World Indoor Tour meets will be covered by the BBC

BBC Sport has secured the rights to the next five World Athletics World Indoor Tour events.

All meetups will be streamed exclusively on BBC iPlayer, red button, and the BBC Sport website. There will also be highlights shows on BBC One.

The first of the events in 2021 is to be held in Karlsruhe, Germany on 29 January. Steve Cram and Andrew Cotter will be commentating on the meet – which will be Dina Asher-Smith’s international return to athletics after a racing just three times during 2020 due to fears over the Covid pandemic.

In addition to the live stream, highlights of the event will be broadcast on BBC One from 1.45pm-2.45pm on 30 January.

Following Karlsruhe, the World Indoor Tour will move on to Lievin, France on 9 February, Boston, USA on 13 February, Torun, Poland on 17 February and Madrid, Spain on 20 February. All will be available to view in the UK through the BBC.
