The content will complement its extensive PGA TOUR coverage on GOLFTV.
Eurosport is to air live PGA TOUR golf coverage for 43 weeks a year, beginning in January 2021. Its coverage will go out live in more than 30 territories, including Czech Republic, Greece and Turkey, with new markets set to come online in subsequent years.
Eurosport will broadcast an average of 16 prime time live hours of golf each tournament week, with content localised for each market, with local language commentary and experts.
The announcement builds on Discovery’s long-term PGA TOUR partnership, announced in June 2018. The content complements its golf coverage on dedicated golf streaming service, GOLFTV.
