Live football returns to UK screens at the weekend on BT Sport.

BT Sport has revealed details of its Bundesliga coverage as it returns this weekend.

The broadcaster will exclusively cover the matches live in the UK, screening nine Bundesliga matches this weekend (Saturday 16 May-Monday 18 May).

It will then broadcast every match for the rest of the season, with at least one per weekend available in 4K UHD on BT Sport Ultimate.

BT Sport’s coverage will be presented live from the BT Sport Studio, with contributions from home by guests and commentators.

Coverage will start on Saturday from 2pm with James Richardson and Raphael Honigstein joined from home by former Bayern Munich and England midfielder, Owen Hargreaves.

On Sunday, action will start at 2.15pm, led by Lynsey Hipgrave and Honigstein from the studio, with Hargreaves from home.

Live games will be broadcast on BT Sport 1, BT Sport 2 and BT Sport 3 across Saturday and Sunday, with over five hours of live coverage on both days.

Alongside the live games BT Sport is screening the Bundesliga Goals Show, with all the goals as they happen, from every Saturday Bundesliga game. The first show kicks off on BT Sport Extra 3 from 2.30pm on May 16.

On top of this, BT Sport is scheduling additional Bundesliga programming to help fans catch up with the season to date, enjoy classic moments, and get to know the league’s key players.
